Maison Veuve Ambal was founded in the heart of Burgundy in 1898 by Veuve Marie Ambal. With over 200 hectares of vineyards across Burgundy, mainly planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Veuve Ambal remain leaders in the production of Cremant de Bourgogne today.

The Cremant de Bourgogne Appellation Controllee has strict regulations to guarantee premium quality, similar climatic and rigorous growing conditions demanded in the making of Champagne and with all the finesse and elegance you would expect but for a fraction of the price!

Hand harvested, 100% estate grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay & Aligote have been blended to produce pristine purity of citrus, green apple with some biscuity complexity (Method Traditionelle secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 12 months on lees). Beautifully elegant, with a long, crisp and dry finish. Star Rating Europe ‘s popular Hachette Wine Guide 2015.
