Far from the light unwooded classic Hunter style, this wine is bursting with lemon, pear and grapefruit flavour (grapes are picked riper than in the Hunter) and a lick of toasty oak. 100% estate grown from their dry grown low yielding vineyard planted in 1973. If this doesn't get people drinking Semillon nothing will. Amazing wine. RRP: $33
