Fruit comes from the same vineyard as the Sangreal “ holy grail” pinot grown on the magic dust (aka red soil over limestone!) Has had all the best vineyard and winemaking practices used; Dijon clones, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermentation, 100% malolactic fermentation, 11 months on lees in 30% new French oak.

Reminds me of very fine white burgundy… Yes this superb wine has the goods!!
