Fruit for the Bird in Hand Riesling is sourced from their Clare Valley vineyards. Green apple, citrus aromas with thirst quenching freshly squeezed limes. Perfect balance - Clare riesling at it's best. Enjoy this now but it certainly has the acid backbone and structure to age and develop that distinctive character of honey and toast.
