In 1988 this Champagne house (founded in 1760 and located in the heart of the Cote des Blancs in Mesnil-sur-Oger) joined forces with the famous Champagne Salon - synonymous with the most prestigous single vineyard blanc de blanc (100% chardonnay) vintage champagne.

Basically in the yrs Salon is not produced, the grapes go into Delamotte, so extraordinary quality and value. Chardonnay dominant champagne, 100% Grand Crus from the 3 villages of Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Avize and Oger…..Cuvee comprises 50% chardonnay 30% pinot noir 20% Pinot Meunier. 36 mths on lees. Layers of apple and citrus fruit flavour, freshly baked brioche…fine, long and utterly delicious.
