Renowned winemaker Phil Lehmann has joined forces with Kym Teusner to produce this fine sparkling. Phil was right-hand man to winemaker Natalie Fryer at Yalumba where he was responsible for Jansz sparkling - so he knows his stuff!

This Pinot Noir Chardonnay bubbly has the goods with lifted fragrance of strawberries and cream (from the Pinot Noir) followed by citrus, juicy nectarine and green apple zing from the Chardonnay fruit - all sourced from the cool climes of Adelaide Hills, (Birdwood, Mt Crawford and Basket Range). Terrific first release!! Cheers for the festive season!
