Jed Blanc de Blancs is 100% Uco Valley - one of the highest and coolest subregions of the Menodoza wine region. The predominance of cool climate fruit preserves the delicate natural flavours and ensures elegance of structure and natural balance. Jed Blanc de Blanc is blended using exclusively white grape varieties in order to deliver freshness in style. 65% Chardonnay (gives good acid structure) and 35% Chenin Blanc (fresh apple character). Fine persistent bead with delicate aromas of green apple, citrus and intriguing mineral notes. The palate is bright and lively, with fresh red apple flavours. The structure of this wine revolves around crisp natural acidity and displays outstanding balance.
