9th generation winemaker and native of Bordeaux, Dominique Portet is regarded as a pioneer of the renaissance of the Victorian Wine industry since 1976 when he was responsible for the renowned wines of Taltarni and Clover Hill. Estatblishing his own label in 2000 in the Yarra Valley, this Brut Rose made in the traditional method, is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay - a deliciously savoury sparkling with aromas of fresh strawberries and rose petals with a crisp, clean, creamy finish.
