Classic top shelf Blanc de Blanc, a bone dry apperitif style thanks to the ZD - zero dosage - made without the addition of a sweetener or liqueur (dosage).

100% Chardonnay and sourced from a number of premium sites in the Yarra Valley, Strathbogie and the King Valley. The fruit from each vineyard was pressed and fermented separately, and 12 individual cuvées were selected for the final blend.
This is elegant, balanced and crisp - tangy lemon zest, sherbet and classic chardonnay characters of white peach and honeydew melon. 30 months on lees contributes aromas of smoky roast nuts and warm pastry, which meld with flint and exotic spice. Sealed with a crown seal to eliminate any risk of cork taint from a traditional closure this delightful bubbly cries out for oysters!
