Soave is Italy's most famous white wine, hailing from the town & region in the Veneto, due east of Verona.

Balestri Valda's 19 hectares of vineyards are located to the north of Soave, from Mount Carniga to below Castelcerino near Verona (best sites in the region).

This fine bubbly comprises 100% Garganaga grapes from Monte Campagnola and Sengialta vineyards.....it bursts with spring flowers, citrus, green apples with more-ish nuttiness/ breadiness. Enjoy this zippy bubbly with seafood or as an aperitif- Salute! RRP$34
