Fine sparkling wine made from 100% Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir fruit (method champenoise). Salmon pink in colour with a full, soft mousse palate and fine persistent bubbles. Strawberry and cherry aromas and some biscuit/ bready complexity. Great length, purity and freshness here following the excellent 2009 vintage.
