Wise estate is the northernmost vineyard in Margaret River with a spectacular cellardoor looking out over Geographe Bay. Hand picked fruit ( blend of 65% cabernet sauvignon and 35% merlot) from their Donnybrook Valley vineyard followed by 18mths in french oak. 2007 was a great vintage producing juicy ripe dark ruit and beautiful savoury depth. Classic margaret River cab merlot here! RRP $20
