Teusner Albert shiraz 2009 (6 pack)

Fuit sourced from two low yielding unirrigated 45 and 90 yr old vineyards in Barossa's Gommersal & Ebenezer district.

Smokey and tarry notes complement the rich black fruits with hint of aniseed. Full bodied with round opulent flavours of ripe blackberries and plums. The finish is long and luscious with beautifully balanced tannin, acidity and oak (24 mths in French oak). 2009 was a terrific vintage ( long season with no adverse weather). Cellar for up to 10 years. Decanting this wine is a must!
