Magnificent medium to full bodied example of cool climate shiraz, cascading fruit from raspberry through to dark cherry, blackberries, white pepper, smoked meat and more-ish savoury tar and licorice. Sumptous palate, terrific concentration/length, bright acidity and beautifully balanced French oak.
