Rich Frankland River Shiraz ( 60% ) has been blended with selected parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) from Mount Barker. Rich, powerful red - black cherry, licquorice and tarriness (thanks to the Franklin River shiraz) complemented by more elegant Cabernet flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate and mint (cabernet provides aroma, structure, acid and tannin) .
