Radford Shiraz 2007

Winemaker Ben Radford has produced another cracking Shiraz. Of this vintage he said: "Another very dry year with extremely small yields, ... This gave a more spicy,
peppery character to the wine than previous years – quite savoury and very “Rhone like”. Great aromatic spices – white pepper, star anise & ripe berry fruits were evident during ferment which has carried through to the finished wine with additional layers of mocha chocolate and lovely rounded tannins."
