Will Nairn planted his vineyard in Baldivis on the coast of WA between Perth and Margaret River back in 1974. His winemaking philosophy is to produce robust reds with intense flavours, complexity and balance.

Will has been a pioneer in his approach to winemaking. "My philosophy is that I love making wines which live and gain complexity through time."

The notes of fresh tobacco & spices are backed by lush cassis & forest fruits. There’s more ‘Bordeaux-like’ layers of flavour than seen in warmer vintage Peel cabernets. The palate is medium-full, perfectly balanced, fine and elegant in style. There’s real length and further cellaring potential. RRP: $35
