Top shelf, low yielding, fully ripened Clare Valley Cabernet from a 40 yr old vineyard. Old world techniques of open fermentation and basket pressing to extract as much flavour and character. 24 months maturation in new and older french oak casks.

The nose is intensely redolent of blackcurrants, dark chocolate adn garden herbs. Ripe dark flavours of plums and dark cherries saturate a seamless palate, with spice adn char form maturation in fine french oak. Age for at least 12-15 years.
