Cabernet Franc loves a cool inland climate and that is exactly what it gets in the Uco Valley.
From low yielding vines, hand picked,sorted with some rigorous fruit selection. 70% is matured in new French oak for 18 months.

Fragrant aromas of ripe cassis, fresh herbs with focus/concentrated purity of fruit, velvety tannins and great length. Only 10 barrels were made. Decant this incredibly complex wine
