Daryl Groom was the Penfolds winemaker for years and has spent the last decade as chief winemaker at Geyser peak in the Napa. His sister and brother-in-law David look after their vineyards in Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills and Kalimna in the Barossa. Daryl comes home regularly to make the wines.
