Hentley Farm is set among the rolling hills on the banks of Greenock Creek at Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley. This boutique vineyard (owned by Keith and Alison Hentschke) was purchased in 1997, then an old vineyard and mixed farming property. Hentley Farm received the coveted 5 star winery rating from James Halliday in his 2010 Wine Companion.

Fools Bay is the second label of premium Barossa wine producer, Hentley Farm. 85% Grenache 15% shiraz all sourced from the Hentley Farm property. 12 mths maturation in French oak … Aroma of lusty raspberries, dark cherries and a palate displaying bright fruit, chocolate and earthy characters. Great balance in this fine medium bodied red.
