Bird in Hand (Highly regarded and awarded Adelaide Hills producer) are going from strength to strength.

Beautiful aromatic nose of blackberry, balanced by hints of licorice,black olives and spice. Palate is rich, round with ripe tannins and beautifully integrated French oak. One for the cellar - recommend 3 to 8 yrs. Recommend decanting!
