Beautiful aromatic nose of blackcurrant, balanced by hints of black olives. spice and tobacco. Palate is rich, round with beautifully integrated French oak, great acid structure and finely grained tannins.

This Bird in Hand red is one for the cellar- recommend 3 to 8 yrs. If you lack discipline decant and give plenty of air!
